View From Behind

Lead Editor for Life Thoughts Today: Christian News Compilation, I am CJ Austin, retired professor, presenter, published, graded too many papers, chaired doctoral dissertations, published newsletter for small organizations, helped start a publishing company, help people get published, etc. You will learn more about me as I share in “Testimonies.”

Formatting, editing and publishing a news collection of this magnitude is a much anticipated challenge.

Birthing this Endeavor
I have been brought into the 21st century by J. Credence, my best friend, via Discord. Early this year, viewing the disastrous worldwide statistics regarding anxiety and depression, our hearts were heavy. With our combined backgrounds, we had a vision to grow support through an online community.

We love that our age difference makes no difference in our friendship, interests, and most of all, our thirst for knowledge and Truth on all sorts of topics. Filtering through our Christian world view, we continually search all sources, secular, esoteric, ancient & modern writings; basically, anything we can get access to.

Step two: One day while frustrated trying to discern Truth in current events, and discussing starting a “Writer’s Guild” on our discord channel, we hatched the idea to start an on-line newspaper. And, Life Thoughts Today: Christian News Compilation emerged.

We are overwhelmed with your interest and support for this project, and sincerely thank you for joining us on this convoluted expedition searching for Truth!
