How Current Events Align With Prophecy
Tisha B’Av, according to the history of the Israelites, is a date similar to Friday the 13th. Both Tisha B’Av and Friday the 13th commemorate cultural changing disasters. First I share some history, and I conclude with a significant article related to the time we are now living in, released on Tisha B’Av.
Knights Templar
Secret society members and those familiar with Templar lore, know that Friday the 13th holds negative association to the Order of these Knights. The origins of the Knights Templar as a monastic military order was conceived in 1118 as a ploy to protect pilgrims, coerced by Christian Royalty, into trekking to the holy land to recapture Jerusalem. The Knights Templar became very wealthy and influential as they ensured the transaction, deposit, and withdrawal of gold and silver following a pilgrim’s long sojourn.
Paid for protection and support by members of various royal families, over a 300 year span during the Middle Ages, the order of the Knights Templar were able to establish a profitable network of organized castles, churches, and banks offering extending financial security for traveler. People utilizing their services, were able to deposit a certain amount of value at one location and then delivering a note of certifiable deposit, were able to withdraw minus a fee, the amount that they had secured with the bankers.
As the first international bankers, the secret society became vastly wealthy and powerful. However, their demise, engineered by the French King Philip IV, through a coordinated effort usurping their wealth and lands, took place on Friday the 13th of October that year and has ever since been considered unlucky.
This crack-down resulted in the roundup of over 600 members of the Order including even their Grand Master Jacque De Molay. Accused of abominable satanic behaviors such as the worship of the devil, blasphemy, heresy, homosexuality, desecration of the cross, and financial fraud, the knights were individually tortured until able to endure no longer, they confessed to committing such behaviors.
While I do believe that there is basis of truth for such accusations and that such secret societies and covert orders even now involve themselves in such abomination, King Philip IV had already launched contrived allegations against the Lombard family of banking elites and wealthy Jews living within his country. He seized upon opportunity to dispense of such groups as a way to increase his coffers for war, but also as a means to confiscate land for dissemination to his allies as political favor.
Tisha B’Av
Friday the 13th, is similar to the 9th of Av, a historical date recognized by the Israelites as the occasions when the Holy Temple of Solomon, and the rebuilt 2nd Temple authorized by Darius and Cyrus for reconstruction, were destroyed by invading armies and razed utterly to the ground. The second happening was a fulfillment to Yahushua’s forecast in Matthew 24, that there would not be of that Holy structure, ‘one stone remaining atop another’.
“And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. (Matthew 24:1-2)
Tisha B’Av, תִּשְׁעָה בְּאָב (lit. “the ninth of Av”), is an annual fast day in Judaism, on which a number of disasters in Jewish history occurred, primarily the destruction of both Solomon’s Temple by the Neo-Babylonian Empire and the Second Temple by the Roman Empire in Jerusalem. It is regarded as the saddest day in the Jewish calendar and it is thus believed to be a day which is destined for tragedy.
“The observance of the day includes five prohibitions, most notable of which is a 25-hour fast. The Book of Lamentations, which mourns the destruction of Jerusalem is read in the synagogue, followed by the recitation of kinnot, liturgical dirges that lament the loss of the Temples and Jerusalem. As the day has become associated with remembrance of other major calamities which have befallen the Jewish people, some kinnot also recall events such as the murder of the Ten Martyrs by the Romans, massacres in numerous medieval Jewish communities during the Crusades, and the Holocaust.” – Wikipedia
COVID and Youth
Considering the controversial nature of Tisha B’av, it is with such insight that I highlight an article released on the 9th of Av, called “CDC Director: Threat Of Suicide, Drugs, Flu To Youth ‘Far Greater’ Than Covid.” In this article, the CDC Director, Robert Redfield, during a Buck Institute Webinar streamed on the 14th of July,
“promoted the general reopening of schools, highlighting the low coronavirus risk for children without preexisting conditions and the unfortunate spike in suicides and drug overdoses, which Redfield said are ‘far greater’ in number than COVID-linked deaths in the young.”
“I’m of the point of view, and I weigh that equation as an individual that has 11 grandchildren that the greater risk is actually to the nation to keep these schools closed,” he also continued, that over 7 million children get mental health services from their school, “a lot of people get food and nutrition in schools,” and added that schools are vital “in terms of mandatory reporting of sexual and child abuse.”
“Obviously, the socialization is important,” he said. “And, obviously, for some kids, I think actually a majority of kids, their learning in a face-to-face school is the most effective method of teaching.” The reopening, Redfield underscored, “has to be done safely, and it has to be done with the confidence of the teachers. It has to be done with the confidence of parents. And so I think each of the school districts will begin to wrestle with this.” Speaking of the risks of the China-originated coronavirus to children, Redfield said data shows the flu is some five to 10 times more deadly, adding that the odds of a child dying a COVID-linked death is “one in a million.”
State of the World
The doomsday clock begun by the worlds’ most intelligent peoples for monitoring the progress and possible end of humanity, was on January 23, 2020 upgraded to 100 seconds to midnight. With little fanfare and even mainstream news’s recognition, the agency declared, “Humanity continues to face two simultaneous existential dangers—nuclear war and climate change—that are compounded by a threat multiplier, cyber-enabled information warfare, that undercuts society’s ability to respond. The international security situation is dire, not just because these threats exist, but because world leaders have allowed the international political infrastructure for managing them to erode.”
The challenges of a viral plandemic, overflow of uncontrolled debt and stimulus which could lead to the collapse of the world’s financial structure and institutions, the loss of hope and mental stability amongst the youth of the world, are concerns not even mentioned in the overall climate of daily challenge. It is with such regard that the consideration of where we are as a people in association to the time of the end should be considered and the warning of Luke and Mathew (Luke 21:20-21, Matthew 24:22:38).
